The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Chlorine Blue’ trainer switches it up for January 2021 with an OG colourway split to each side of the shoe.
The Nike Air Max 90, or the Nike Air Max III as it was originally called, continued the legacy of Tinker Hatfield’s ‘Visible Air’ evolution into the 90s. 2020 marked the 30th anniversary of the revolutionary runner and what a year it was for the OG Air Max fans. Following the 30th anniversary of the celebrated early 90s Air Max model, the classic runner is now switched up with an updated ‘Chlorine Blue’ & ‘Crimson Red’ version. The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Chlorine Blue’ trainer features a colourway split to each side of the shoe and now officially drops for January 2021.
Drawing colourway inspiration from the Nike Air Structure Triax from 1991 the trainer features mesh & leather uppers in white with grey overlays. The signature TPU detailing of the early 90s runner is updated in ‘Chlorine Blue’ to the lateral side & ‘Crimson Red’ to the medial side. The end result is a truly retro take on the OG classic.
