The Nike Air Max 90 ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ 2021 trainer puts an Irish spin on the classic runner with plenty of shamrocks & green hues.
Like a lot of people living in and around the North West of England (we are based in Manchester), you probably know someone with some form of Irish heritage. I’ve personally got Irish blood running through my veins courtesy of the O’Neil’s. I even carry around a lucky shamrock in my wallet which I bought for my late grandad after a trip to Dublin. However, for those without the “Irish Connection”, St. Patrick’s Day is a great time to celebrate all things Irish with loads of Guinness & some high tempo Celtic beats. For March 2021, Nike have now introduced a celebratory Air Max 90 St. Patrick’s Day trainer to celebrate the annual festivities so stick on ‘House Of Pain’s ‘Top O’ The Morning To Ya’ and get the shamrocks at the ready.
As far as Air Max 90’s go, this one couldn’t look less Irish if it tried. With a mixture of green hues such as pine green & mean green to the uppers, the classic early 90s runner features embossed shamrocks to the mudguard which are sure to add some “Irish luck” to each & every step.
Other highlights include Air Max branding in gold to the lateral sides and insoles, with white leather side swooshes. The signature ribbed TPU detailing of the original Tinker Hatfield silhouette is updated in mean green to the lower eyelets, heel and midsole.
The Nike Air Max 90 ‘St. Patrick’s Day’ 2021 trainer will be launching on 12th March 2021. We would also like to wish you all a great St. Patrick’s Day from the mint. team.
